Shortly after our initial communication I made an appointment with Tamelin to tour Bull Point . Upon meeting her at the clubhouse I immediately felt very comfortable and welcomed . We got in her golf cart and proceeded to tour the entire plantation from all the amenities, available lots and homes for over three hours . She was very personable knowledgeable and easy to work with . She wasn’t just trying to sell us a home and more interested in selling us a community and lifestyle . She went way above and beyond the usual role of real estate agent which made the whole process so much more rewarding ! We've been working with Tamelin for several months now and, I can honestly say I've never worked with a better realtor. This is our 10th home purchase and we have sold at least 6 houses. Tamelin is unbelievably dedicated to improving the neighborhoods that she works in and goes out of her way to work with HOAs and builders to push them to improve public spaces for the enjoyment of the community. I don't really think of her as a realtor, but more of a community advocate. She is not financially driven like EVERY OTHER realtor that I've ever worked with. She honestly cares about the community she lives and works in. I am not a fan of the industry, but she is changing my opinion of what a realtor should be. If you are in need of a local who really knows what's going on and isn't worried about selling you a property just to get another commission or notch in their belt, then she's the one for you.
